Mike tutored my daughter in maths leading up to her GCSEs. He made a subject she doesn't feel particularly confident in more accessible and found ways to make it make sense.
She found Mike approachable and friendly and, judging by the laughter, even enjoyed the maths sessions!

Mikes tuition is excellent, he ended up teaching him maths aswell and my sons progress in school improved so much, he moved to higher teaching groups.

Mike was super quick to respond and was able to fit us in at a convenient time. Needless to say his interest in the subject improved and he became more motivated for self study.

After 1 year of tuition with Mike, I can honestly say that he is an inspiring and incredible science tutor. Due to his vast amount of subject knowledge he can take abstract scientific principles to apply them to a real world context, in a way that not only greatly helps augment exam grades, but vastly improves general knowledge and understanding. Furthermore, he has helped me tackle longer 6 mark questions which has translated to a further great improvement in grades. I cannot recommend Mike more, not only is he a naturally gifted teacher, he is entertaining and has made lessons more interesting then I ever could have anticipated."

I happened to find Mikes advert on Facebook whilst searching for someone to help with my sons maths. He had always been good at maths during his younger years but had started to struggle coming into his final GCSE year.
Although only a few weeks into being tutored he has managed to pass his mock exam and we are hopeful this continues into the exam proper.
Mike clearly cares about the kids he tutors, whilst at the same time he puts them at ease with his approach to learning.

Dr Michael has tutored our children in both maths and the sciences at GCSE level to a very high standard and we would give him a 100% recommendation to anyone looking for tutoring in these fields. Michael has a lot of teaching experience and is able to inspire his students in his subjects. Our children really look forward to his sessions, which are really helping them move forward, especially in areas that they find trickier, such as physics, chemistry and certain areas of maths. We have found Michael to be very professional, prompt, accessible between lessons and a pleasure to work with.
